Middle School Health Day
The middle school students learned about the major muscles of the body. They learned a stretch for each muscle and an exercise to make the muscle stronger. In partners, they provided resistance to simulate exercises to strengthen the muscles.

All Saints hosts 3rd annual cross country meet
All Saints welcomed over 120 students from around the diocese for a cross country meet. The kids competed in one mile and there were 3 races: elementary, middle school girls, and middle school boys.

Post Season Basketball Tournament
The middle school basketball teams will be playing in the post-season basketball tournament March 3-5 in Oklahoma City at various Catholic school gyms. The brackets can be found at www.cgsaa.org. Good luck to our teams!
