Preseason Tournament

The preseason basketball tournament will be Dec. 4, 5, and 6 and All Saints is one of the host schools.  Come out and support your Cougar basketball teams!
Friday Night Games:
8 boys - 9:00 at All Saints
8 girls - 8:00 at Monte Cassino
7 boys - 6:00 at All Saints
6 boys - 6:00 at Marquette 2

All Saints Cross Country Meet

All Saints hosted the first ever cross country meet for the diocesan schools.  Over 120 students from the diocese participated in the mile races.  All elementary runners received a participation ribbon and the top 10 finishers in the middle school races received a medal.  All participants enjoyed free popsicles afterwards.  It was a great day!

5 Components of Fitness

Andrew Bates, of Fast Fitness, spoke to the PE and Healthy Living Classes about the 5 components of fitness.  The kids performed activities for most of those components:  Muscle endurance, Flexibility, Muscle strength, Cardio-respiratory endurance, and body composition.

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to the 2015-2016 school year.  I am excited to be the All Saints P.E. teacher and Athletic Director.  At registration, I will have PE uniform order forms.  These forms must be turned in by Thurs. Aug. 13.  We will also be selling athletic shirts for $10.  See you on Monday!
